Where are you based ?
I'm based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. However, I can travel if required.
how far will You Travel ?
I am happy to travel to wherever your wedding is taking place. If it's more than a two hour drive, then I'd have to stay locally the night before to avoid any mishaps or delays in traffic.
What type of photos of the wedding day would I expect ?
A mix of formal, semi-posed and candid, so I will largely be unobtrusive during your wedding day. However, I would request a short period of about 30-45mins to take formal portraits of you and your close family. Your album will be a record of your wedding day as seen through my eyes. I really don't want to control or direct your wedding, I like to let it flow and work alongside, just forget I'm there and enjoy!
How would you cover our wedding day ?
Depending on the package you choose, I can start covering your day from the bride getting ready (and the groom if a second photographer is requested), through the ceremony, wedding breakfast, up to the first dance.
What is a pre-wedding photoshoot ?
A pre-wedding shoot allows us to get to know each other, as this gives me an insight to who you are, this helps me capture the type of images that depicts your personality. This shoot lets you see casual images of yourselves in a surrounding of your choice, which will be completely different from your wedding day. Alternatively, some have an engagement shoot instead.
Why are there different packages ?
I've tried to be flexible whilst keeping things simple, as I appreciate that you will have many decisions to make in planning your wedding. However, you can build your photography package by adding options, including image CDs, prints, framed pictures, mini albums and much more. I can discuss these options with you on our appointment.
